• Airport – For those of you traveling from outside Mexico City, we would recommend flying into Benito Juárez International Airport, which is the city’s main airport.

• Passenger Vans – For those traveling from outside Mexico, we may be able to arrange passenger vans between Tepoztlán and Mexico City. We can help arrange private vans between Mexico City & Tepoztlán.

• By Car – Driving to Tepoztlán is fast and efficient with the roads and toll roads that connect the region. Leave Mexico City on highway 95D (tolled) towards Cuernavaca and Acapulco, turn-off before Cuernavaca on road 115D signed to Oaxtepec, Cuautla and Tepoztlán.

• Taxis – You can take an Uber or Airport taxi directly from Mexico City airport ($100 USD aprox). There is currently no Uber service operating in Tepoztlán, but Uber services operating in nearby Cuernavaca will travel to drop-off passengers in Tepoztlán. Taxis in Tepoztlán are not metered, so agree your price beforehand. There are taxi ranks situated at the main bus stop, in the center of town, as well in all of the local neighborhoods. Your hotel can call one of the local cab firms to arrange transportation for you.

Tepoztlán has a divine climate year-round, perfect for outdoor activities. The rainy season is from June to October, with afternoon storms that cool the evenings after hot summer days.
